Herbal Body Balm

 Herbal Infused Healing Oils & Nourishing Plant Butters 

Our Herbal Body Balm is made with whipped plant butters that are unrefined, cold pressed oils and butters. 

I add herbal infused sweet almond oils to each batch, adding not only the nourishment and hydration from the plant butters but the medicinal qualities of the specific herbs. 

Contains nut oils

No emulsifiers, thickeners, or preservatives or fragrance oils.

How To Use:

First Use: Test patch recommended. 

A little goes a long way, rub small amount into skin; focusing on knees, & elbows. Works wonders on your heels!

Lasts 1 year, keep in cool dark place, apply with clean hands. Do not store in bathroom or anywhere where moisture can be introduced to product, due to no preservatives, any water will add bacteria into the product. 

Sample Size: Come in scented version, in a small 1 OZ black tin. 

Herbal Infused Oils included:

Organic St. John's Wort: Antioxidant helping skin elasticity and hydration, antiviral, anti-inflammatory 

Nourishing and soothing for your sore muscles and inflamed skin. St. John's Wort oil penetrates nerve pain, neck tension, spasms, burns, bruises and more!

Active Constituents: hypericin and pseudohypericin 

Organic Calendula: Promotes active tissue repair, soothes sore and chapped skin, prevents dermatitis and skin inflammation 

Known for its skin healing benefits. It is a vulnerary, meaning it promotes cell repair and is an antiseptic. 

Active Constituents: Triterpenoids: anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial properties. 

Organic Mugwort: Anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, good for eczema, psoriasis.

Antioxidant, good for dry chapped skin. Mugwort is becoming a popular skincare production in Asian countries. Used in topical skincare for its soothing and repairing properties.

Active Constituents: flavonoids, coumarins, essential oils, and sesquiterpene lactones all reduce inflammation 

Organic Lavender: Anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, anti-fungal, antioxidant. 

It kills Staphylococcus aureus, a type of bacteria that may cause eczema. Antioxidants help to reduce free radicals, thus helping fine lines and wrinkles. It stimulates collagen production helping to promote tissue growth and reduce scars and burns. 

Active constituents: linalool, linalyl acetate, lavandulol, geraniol, or eucalyptol

If you find that your whipped body balm is melting or separating ,it is most likely due to the temperature of storage. Due to the hot Kansas City summers and fickle spring temperatures the balm consistency will change due to the weather. I do not use preservatives or emulsifiers which is why the product can change textures.  

If the balm melts put it in the fridge for 20 minutes and it will harden up! Or if it separates, just mix it up again with a small spoon. 

This is only a cosmetic issue...The balm mixture will It should melt right away on your skin, if this is an issue, please contact me and I will resolve right away!

Mango Butter, raw, unrefined, cold pressed 

Cocoa Butter, organic, unrefined 

Fractionated Coconut Oil

Herbal Infused Sweet Almond Oil: St. John's Wort, Calendula, Mugwort, Lavender

Vitamin E Oil

Arrowroot Powder, organic

Essential Oils: Clary Sage, Lavender, Geranium.
